Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our services.

Mobile clients are required to provide a minimum of two power outlets for our equipment. If the detailing service includes exterior work, clients must also provide a hose for water supply.

Clients must be prepared to have their vehicle available for the allocated time specified at the time of booking. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle condition or other factors may affect the completion time.

In the event of precipitation, clients who have booked a mobile detailing package must provide a garage or suitable covered area to ensure the safety of our technicians and the quality of service.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the following:

• 3.1 Power Outlets: Mobile clients must provide a minimum of two functional power outlets.
  
• 3.2 Allocated Time: Vehicles must be available for the allocated time specified during booking.
   
• 3.3 Precipitation: In case of rain or adverse weather conditions, clients with mobile packages must provide a covered area for the detailing service.
•  3.4 Personal Items: Any and all personal items MUST be removed from the vehicle before the scheduled time for the detail. SwiftShine Auto is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left in the car before the scheduled appointment.
   

SwiftShine Auto is not liable for any damages, delays, or issues arising from the client's failure to meet the responsibilities outlined in Section 3.
